As Asia's most anticipated culinary celebration unveils, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong, as the official venue partner for this year's prestigious Asian dining awards, will host a series of culinary celebration events in March. Under the theme "Asia’s Best, Reimagined," the hotel will bring together top Asian culinary talents to witness and celebrate the outstanding gastronomic achievements of Asia alongside food enthusiasts. 

The hotel is honoured to welcome Chef Gaggan Anand, whose restaurant Gaggan has earned two Michelin stars and topped "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2025," for an exclusive one-night-only takeover, featuring a specially tailored tasting menu that fuses his boundary-pushing creativity with Asian flavours, offering a fresh perspective on Asian cuisine. This will be followed by a Ministry of Crab pop-up at Lobby Lounge from Asia's 50 Best crab-specialty icon, and finally, a guest bartending night by Seoul's popular Sookhee Bar at Red Sugar, concluding this culinary journey with exquisite mixology.  

In addition, as host of this important dining awards ceremony, the hotel's various restaurants will simultaneously launch limited menus featuring local flavours throughout March, skillfully blending Cantonese classics with local nostalgic elements, allowing guests to savour Hong Kong's unique urban character while enjoying fine cuisine, adding more unforgettable memories to this star-studded occasion. 

One Night Only: Gaggan Anand’s 10-Course "Tirreti Bazaar" Experience
Chef and Owner Gaggan Anand from the legendary Bangkok restaurant will take over Hung tong on March 23 to present a one-day-only 10-course tasting dinner. His restaurant Gaggan has ranked among the world's top restaurants for years, renowned globally for its bold and avant-garde culinary philosophy. It has received two Michelin stars, earned the title of "Asia's Best Restaurant #1" four times, and once again topped "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" in 2025. The "Gaggan Tirreti Bazaar" themed menu draws inspiration from Indian street food culture, particularly from Chef Gaggan’s hometown of Kolkata, incorporating molecular gastronomy techniques with Chinese flavours to reinterpret classic snacks, with highlights include King Crab Chettinad Pepper Fry Kolkata Hot and Sour Fish Maw Soup, Crispy Chow Mein with Abalone, Morels, and Spiced X.O. Sauce and more. Each dish breaks traditional boundaries, bringing diners an immersive experience that combines visual, taste, and creative elements. The dining experience concludes perfectly with the signature dessert "Lick It Up," a creative treat adorned with vibrant colors from plant-based dyes, inviting diners to gleefully lick up the enticing paste from the plate for an ultimate taste bud revelry. The set menu includes selected wine pairings, priced at HK$2,288* per person, with two dining sessions available.

From Colombo to Hong Kong: Ministry of Crab Seafood Feast at Lobby Lounge 
Lobby Lounge will collaborate with Sri Lanka's renowned restaurant Ministry of Crab from March 26 to 29 to launch a four-day six-course tasting menu. As one of the most iconic seafood restaurants in the region, Ministry of Crab has repeatedly made the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" list, ranking 58th in 2025, and is internationally renowned for its carefully selected premium Sri Lankan mud crabs and focus on presenting the authentic flavours of seafood. This collaboration will bring together signature dishes including Sri Lankan Mud Crabs and Tiger Prawns, allowing guests to embark on an ultimate culinary journey in an elegant and comfortable environment. 

The carefully designed six-course dinner menu presents multiple seafood flavours, including smooth and rich Crab Liver Pâté with Melba Toast and Palm Sugar Syrup, sweet and silky Crab Chawanmushi, flavourful Pure Crab with Warm Butter and Ponzu-Inspired Aged Yuzu Soy Sauce, aromatic and spicy Garlic Chili Tiger Prawn, and Classic Black Pepper Crab, concluding with the sweet Coconut Crème Brûlée to perfectly round off this oceanic feast. Guests can feel the freshness and passion from the Indian Ocean in the spacious and elegant space, while also enjoying a distinctive tuk-tuk photo opportunity. The set menu is priced at HK$1,388* per person (minimum 2 persons), with an optional HK$300* wine pairing upgrade featuring curated selections.

Seoul’s Premier Bar Sookhee Exclusive Guest Bartending Night at Red Sugar 
The hotel's rooftop bar Red Sugar will collaborate with Seoul's popular Sookhee Bar on the evening of March 24 to present a one-night-only guest bartending night, bringing Hong Kong a creative cocktail experience that fuses Korean flavours with Asian elements. Bartender Jihye Moon from Sookhee Bar will debut a curated cocktail menu, using unique techniques to present distinctive cocktails, leading guests to savour the unique charm of contemporary Korean bar culture under the Victoria Harbour skyline.

A Curated Celebration of Eastern Flavours and Local Inspiration: Hotel Restaurants Honour Tradition through Modern Craft  
To celebrate Asia's annual culinary event, the hotel's various restaurants will launch local flavour menus throughout March, skillfully blending Cantonese classics with local elements to showcase the city's unique elegant character. Red Sugar bar presents the new cocktail series "Liu," (流), inspired by the fleeting beauty of nature, ingeniously incorporating the "Four Seasons" (四時節氣) from ancient Chinese philosophy and the "Four Gentlemen" (四君子) symbolising noble character into mixology. To complement the new series, the bar will simultaneously launch creative snacks such as Hong Kong Style Prawn Toast, Mapo Tofu Quesadilla, and Fried Chicken with Fermented Bean Curd, reinterpreting Cantonese classics with modern techniques. Hung Tong, the Chinese restaurant on the same floor, reinterprets the essence of Cantonese cuisine with modern techniques, combining seasonal ingredients with delicate craftsmanship to pay tribute to classic Cantonese flavours. New signature dishes include Stir-Fried Macao Sole with Wild Mushrooms, Vegetables and Pumpkin, Stir-Fried Crab Meat with Eggs and Conpoy, Crispy Cod with Pomelo Sauce, and Braised Tiger Garoupa Fillet with Chicken Broth. Lobby Lounge also presents various authentic Hong Kong Style delicacies, including Playful Sesame Prawn Toast and Imitation Shark Fin Soup, letting guests savour local classic snacks. Big Bay Café continues to serve the popular ‘Luxurious Oceanic Feast’ buffet dinner, featuring selected local quality ingredients with highlights including Grilled Prawn with Garlic Butter, Steamed Scallop with Garlic and Vermicelli, Stir-Fried Clam in Black Bean and Chili Sauce, and Truffle Prawn Toast, creating an unforgettable culinary journey that echoes the March theme.
