You can book an airport transfer by providing your flight details and estimated time of arrival when booking online. Alternatively, you can contact the hotel directly at least 5 days in advance to avail this service. Our Shangri-La airport representative will assist you upon arrival.

Local taxis are available from all arrival terminals. Alternatively, ride-hailing services like Uber and PickMe have dedicated pick-up points at the airport and can be booked via their respective apps.

Shangri-La Colombo is located adjacent to the city centre’s only helipad. Whether on business or leisure, guests can travel speedily to the airport or other parts of the country with the added benefit of enjoying scenic birds-eye views. Note prior approval from DGCA is required for all helicopter landings in Sri Lanka.
