As an Asian hospitality company, food and beverage has long been a focus of our hotels, and a key part of our sustainable journey. This journey starts with sourcing, extends through delivery, preparation, consumption, and ends with the responsible disposal of food.

We have joined forces with the Beijing Farmers' Market since 2016. This collaboration creates a vibrant marketplace for local farmers to offer their fresh and organic products directly to consumers and promote a sustainable lifestyle. We also purchase locally grown ingredients from these farmers not only, contributing to the local economy but also reducing carbon emissions by minimizing transportation.
