Hua Ao School is attended by students from low-income migrant families. The students' tuition is supported by Kerry Guok Kuok Foundation to ensure they complete junior high school and pursue their education further.

TThe hotel organizes volunteers to go to Hua Ao School twice a month to join in Creative Art, Psychology, and Nature Education class etc. In addition, will invite the students come to the hotel for a Practice Day Activity, including a hotel tour & discovery, career development sharing, cupcake or bed making class etc. to help them explore in different professional type of work.

Furthermore, to ready the children for their future career prospects, the hotel conducts student workshops on interview skills and resume writing. These workshops have given the students more self-confidence and they now know what to expect when they apply for jobs in the future.
