Chi, The Spa at Shangri-La is committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere for all who enter.
The following policies, guidelines and suggestions are intended to enhance everyone's experience with us.
Reservations
Advance bookings are recommended. Please send an email or call Chi,The Spa should you wish to book or discuss a reservation.What to wear
There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing, as spa wear is provided. Lockers are fully equipped with robes, disposable slippers and towels.
Arrival information
Kindly arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to fully enjoy the facilities and to shower before any spa service. Your appointment will begin promptly at the time scheduled if you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened.
Health considerations
To create a trusted and nurturing environment for you, we have embraced enhanced sanitization and safety standards across our leisure and wellness spaces. For your comfort, please advise upon booking if you have any allergies, ailments and/or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant. Please be advised that massages are only available for pregnant women in their second or third trimester.
Spa ambience
To preserve the harmony within the spa kindly turn off your mobile phone and leave it in the locker provided.
Privacy
Your privacy will be protected at all times. Your therapist will leave you to change in private. Throughout the treatment, you will be draped with towels, covering all parts of the body not being worked upon.
Your comfort
Although we try to anticipate your needs, we appreciate that a visit to a spa is a very individual experience.
Please let your therapist know if there is any way that she can improve your treatment or comfort - for example, heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, adjusting the sound or lighting levels.
Cancellation policy
