Lost & Found
Shangri-La Dubai, has a Lost & Found policy that states that the hotel will keep any lost or found item for a period of one month. After this time, items that are not claimed will be discarded. Any valuables that have not been claimed after 1 month will be transferred to the local authorities to be kept indefinitely.
