Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion applies to any new wedding banquet to be held at Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Traders, Kerry or JEN Hotels provided that the event agreement is entered into with the relevant property and an advance deposit is paid with a minimum function room spend of USD 3,000 for hotels in Mainland China or a minimum function room spend USD 5,000 for all other hotels (the “Eligible Event”).

2. Under this Promotion, the individual who signed the event agreement is entitled to earn triple Shangri-La Circle Points for every USD 5 with a maximum cap of USD 200,000 per wedding, which is equivalent to a maximum of 120,000 Shangri-La Circle Points. Individual who is not an existing Shangri-La Circle member must join the reward program in order for the Shangri-La Circle Award Points to be credited. In addition, if that individual redeems Shangri-La Circle Points for any stay at any Shangri-La Hotel, Resort, Traders Hotel, Kerry Hotel or JEN Hotel within 12 months from completion of the Eligible Event, he/she will be entitled to the Shangri-La Circle Diamond benefit (as set out in paragraph 3 below) during the stay. The individual who redeems a stay under this Promotion must contact the property where the Eligible Event is completed and provide their Room Awards redemption booking confirmation details for the stay.

4. The Eligible Event Spend will include function room rental, related guestrooms, catering and wedding packages as further particularised in the event agreement but will not include any expenses payable to third party suppliers, taxes, gratuities, resort fees and service charges.

5. This Promotion is only valid for new wedding booking successfully made during the Promotional Period. This Promotion must be made known to the relevant property at time of entry into an event agreement for the Eligible Event. This Promotion is subject to room and function space availability at the relevant property and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or double point offers. Blackout dates and restrictions apply.

6. Any Shangri-La Circle Points earned under this Promotion will be credited to the person who signed the event agreement between two (2) to four (4) weeks after completion of the Eligible Event and all related fees are fully settled in accordance with the event agreement. An Eligible Event is deemed to have been “completed” on the later of the date of the wedding banquet or the date of the last guest check out from a room booked under the event agreement.
