Chef Randy Zhang
At just 32 years old, Mr. Randy Zhang is a young, creative chef that is full
of energy and ideas. With nearly 14 years of culinary experience in several
fine restaurants, Chef Randy is well-versed in Cantonese cuisine and has
absorbed cooking techniques and food presentation styles from France and China. Prior to joining Shangri-La Hotel, Xian, Chef Randy worked at the Peninsula Hotel, Beijing.
