Chef Chau Oi Fong
Chef Chau is a tremendous culinary artist from Hong Kong who has most recently been awarded the coveted title of “Master Chef of Chinese Cuisine”.
Chef Chau comes from Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing, where he has administrated a brigade of 53 cooks and chefs the last 7 years. Before that, he successfully ran the kitchens of 4 different Shangri-La Hotels.
His profound experience has sharpened his technique and added finesse into his style. He describes his cooking as “a tireless pursuit for culinary innovation through creative use of raw materials.
