Bosk, the signature restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto, uses the freshest ingredients from a network of respected global suppliers. Diners can expect modern Asian-inspired cuisine that is still distinctly Canadian, made with seasonal regional ingredients and served with genuine, caring service.
Bosk seats 80 diners and can provide private dining for up to 30 people. In addition, the restaurant's seasonal, outdoor terrace, which wraps around the southeast corner of the building, offers diners exceptional al fresco experiences. In the summer months, the restaurant offers table service for 40 people.
