The Health Club features a fully equipped gym with onsite personal trainers, an aerobic room where various classes are held, professional massage services, dry saunas, steam rooms and a Jacuzzi.  

Guests also enjoy access to a heated rooftop pool, and an outdoor summer pool. 

The Health Club at Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, Taipei, features a fully-equipped gym with onsite personal trainers, an aerobic room where various classes are held, professional massage services, dry saunas, steam rooms and a Jacuzzi. Guests staying at the hotel and club members enjoy access to the Health Club and two swimming pools – a rooftop heated pool on the 43rd floor and an outdoor summer pool.   

Various types of memberships are available at the Health Club.

  • Massage services are available for 60 and 90 minutes. Booklets with discounts are also offered.
  • One-on-one swimming lessons or fitness training with qualified professional trainers may be arranged. Physical Fitness Lesson packages are also available.
