The Health Club now offers a new workout class - High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - every Tuesday and Thursday, at 12noon, and also on Wednesday evenings. Our professional trainer will personally guide you through the correct techniques to burn fat in the most effective way. Join us now! Call (02) 2376 3139 for more information.

- Single trial price: TWD 800
- 8 sessions of any class (to be used within 3 months): TWD 4,800
- 8 HIIT class sessions per month: TWD 3,600


The Health Club at Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, Taipei, features a fully-equipped gym with onsite personal trainers, an aerobic room where various classes are held, professional massage services, dry saunas, steam rooms and a Jacuzzi. Guests staying at the hotel and club members enjoy access to the Health Club and two swimming pools – a rooftop heated pool on the 43rd floor and an outdoor summer pool.  


Various types of memberships are available at the Health Club.

  • Massage services are available for 60 and 90 minutes. Booklets with discounts are also offered.
