It has a hazelnut-flavoured crispy top that gives it a unique texture. Striking the perfect balance between bitter and sweet, it is a cake that delivers an atmosphere of maturity.
Raspberry Coulis, Milk Chocolate Mousse and Almond Biscuit
Layered with raspberry coulis and chocolate mousse and featuring an almond cake foundation, this special cake balances its sweet and sour flavours perfectly.
