Chef Tai Chung-lin
Head Chef Tai Chung-Lin has
worked at Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, Taipei, since its opening in
1994. His 40 years of experience was gained in various hotels, including a
couple of years in New York.
For Chef Tai, emphasis on
taste is as important as presentation for his traditional Shanghainese dishes. His
personal contemporary accents provide every dish with unforgettable elements.
