Chef de Cuisine Matthew McCool
Chef de Cuisine Matthew McCool is the latest addition to Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney's Altitude Restaurant. Matthew joins us after two years at China World Hotel, Shangri-La Beijing, where he led a team of 20 chefs at the hotel's world renowned Aria Restaurant. Chef McCool has also worked in London at Michelin star restaurants. At Altitude Restaurant in Sydney, his menu reflects French techniques with a mix of European flavours and local Australian produce.
