Nathan Griffin, Chef de Cuisine at Altitude Restaurant, joined Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney, in 2010. Chef Griffin began his career working alongside Michelin-trained chefs in several chalets and hotels across the United Kingdom. More recently, Chef Griffin worked at La Roche Restaurant in Poole, England, which was awarded two Rosettes for Culinary Excellence. At Altitude Restaurant, Nathan approaches modern Australian cuisine with a focus on fresh, local ingredients that compliment seasonal menus. He has brought a unique flair for flavour matching and a wealth of experience to the Altitude Restaurant kitchen.
