Chef Takanori Hirayama has a wealth of experience and
has been in the industry for more than 33 years. He started at the age of 19 in
a Japanese restaurant and studied traditional Japanese cuisines.
At the age of 30, he went abroad and worked for Omni Saigon Hotel, Marco Polo
Hotel, Sheraton Hotel and Langham
Place Hotel.
Chef Takanori Hirayama is always creating new
cuisines, using the freshest products.
