Executive Chinese Chef Lee Hiong Lim
Chef Lee Hiong Lim takes pride in his cuisine, and the fact that Chinese food
“is always welcome wherever you go”. Reflecting his passion are the numerous
awards he has picked up during his career.
Executive Chinese Chef Lee has won both Gold Star and Silver Star
for Exemplary Performance in the Delivery of Service, and for Delighting the
Customer at Shangri-La Hotel, Surabaya in May 2011 and June 2011. He also
received a Silver Medal at the Culinaire Malaysia Competition in the Chinese
Cuisine Challenge Class in Kuala Lumpur in 2007, as well as a Diploma in Battle
of the Chef, Penang 2007.
