Inspired by his culinary journeys around the world, Executive Chef Gerhard Gerber has redefined Portofino’s menu of classic and creative trattoria-style cuisine. Delivering that authentic Italian taste are tantalizing dishes such as parmigiana, grigliata di mare and ravioli alla bergamasca.


A simple appetiser of soft-textured fried eggplant served with parmigiano reggiano, buffalo mozzarella cheese together with tomato sauce and basil.
