Pan Fried Thinly-Sliced Beef Rolls with Spring Onion with Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 pcs sliced beef (25g per slice)
- 1/3 spring onion
- Potato starch
- Butter
- Pommery mustard
For the teriyaki sauce
- 18cc mirin
- 36cc dark soya sauce
- 9cc tamarind soy sauce
- 30cc sake
Method
For the teriyaki sauce
- Place all sauce ingredients in a pan and sauté until thick.
For the beef
- Place the sliced beef onto cling wrap and sprinkle a little potato starch over the slices. Place the spring onion on the beef and roll up using the cling wrap.
- Remove the cling wrap from the beef and pan fry the rolls in some vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Add some teriyaki sauce and some butter, continue to pan fry until fully cooked.
- Remove from pan and slice the beef roll. Arrange on a plate.
To Finish
- Continue to sauté remaining teriyaki sauce until thickened. Pour over the beef and garnish with pommery mustard.
