Lobster Salad Yaki


  • ½ lobster (400g)
  • 1 onion
  • 100g potato, peeled
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ red paprika
  • 30g mayonnaise
  • 10cc olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Seaweed powder


  1. Boil the egg and dice.
  2. Soak the potato and boil.
  3. Sauté chopped onion in a saucepan. Leave aside.
  4. Place boiled potato in a bowl and mash. Add egg, mayonnaise and sautéd onions. Mix well.
  5. Cut paprika into cubes. Add the mashed potato and egg mixture and olive oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Marinate the lobster with salt and pepper. Grill the lobster on a frying pan and remove as soon as cooked.
  7. Place the grilled lobster on an oven tray with the potato salad spread on top. Grill in the oven at 200°C for 3 to 4 minutes until golden.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle seaweed powder over it.
