international hotels.

Hotels
and restaurants add a 10% service charge and 7% government tax to the bill,
unless otherwise stated.
Tipping
Generally, there is a 10% service charge added to the bill. If this
charge is not included, then you may tip the waiter 10% or whatever you feel is
appropriate.
Tipping taxi drivers is not customary, and it is, in fact, discouraged.
