  • When Horizon Club guests book a limousine transfer through the hotel, a Shangri-La representative will meet them at the airport to facilitate their arrival
  • A member of our executive staff will personally welcome Horizon Club guests to the hotel
  • Horizon Club guests will enjoy a private in-room check-in/check-out and have the option of checking out as late as 4pm on the day of their departure
  • Horizon Club guests will have a dedicated Club Concierge to take care of all their needs, including special travel arrangements and basic translation services
  • Tea, coffee and other hot beverages of choice will be delivered to the rooms of Horizon Club guests with their wake-up calls
