Guest Chef Danny from Golden Sands Resort, Penang by Shangri-La will be invited to prepare authentic Malaysian cuisine and a hint of hawker food of Penang. The must try dishes include “finger licking good” Chili Crab, Penang Laksa, Char Kway Teow, Penang Prawn Mee, Penang oyster omelet, Penang Lor Bak, Penang Lam Mee and Bubur Cha Cha.
