Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen Hosts Thai Food Festival

Shenzhen, China, 10 September 2015 – Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen welcomes Chef Pachuen Rattanachai to Shenzhen to present her favourite dishes in a Thai Food Festival at Coffee Garden from 9 to 15 September 2015. 

With 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Pachuen is well-versed in all areas of Thai culinary techniques and has worked in some of the finest Thai kitchens. 

Guests can savour signature dishes ranging from Soft-Shell Crab with Chilli and Garlic, Stir-Fried Chicken with Cashew Nut and Dried Chilli, Spicy Glass Noodle Salad with Seafood and Minced Pork, Red Duck Curry with Pineapple and the much-loved Mango Sticky Rice. 

Guests can participate in the lucky draw and stand a chance to win a two-night stay with breakfasts for two at Shangri-La Hotel, Chiang Mai.  The Thai Festival Dinner is available at RMB268 per person (excluding Seafood Night, which is priced at RMB368 per person on Saturdays).  Prices are subject to a 15 per cent service charge.
