Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen Hosts Thai Food Festival

Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen is proud to welcome Chef Pachuen Rattanachai to Shenzhen. With 15-year of culinary experience, Chef Pachuen is well-versed in all areas of Thai culinary techniques and has worked in some of the finest Thai kitchens.

Chef Pachuen will present her favourite dishes on the buffet at Coffee Garden restaurant from 7th to 16th June, 2013. Guests can savor signature dishes ranging from Tom Yum Gong, Wok Fried Crab with Curry, Thai Beef Salad, Fried Minced Pork with Chilli and Basil as well as the much loved Mango Sticky Rice.

Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in our lucky draw and win round-trip air tickets to Bangkok for two persons and two-night stay with the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok. Prices at RMB 258 per person for dinner (Saturday night RMB 368 with deluxe seafood) which includes free flow of wine, local beer, chilled juice and soft drinks. Prices are subject to a 15-percent service charge.
