Pan-fried Wagyu Beef


  • 200g Wagyu beef
  • 300g diced Chinese kale
  • 50g red pepper
  • 50g yellow pepper
  • 10g fermented soy bean oil
  • 5g sugar
  • 3g seasoning wine
  • 5g starch
  • 3g diced black pepper
  • 5g butter
  • 3g ginger
  • 3g garlic


  1. Prepare Wagyu beef cubes, red and yellow pepper cubes, and Chinese kale cubes.
  2. Put butter in a pan with oil. Once the pan is heated, pan fry the beef fillet to medium rare.
  3. Stir fry Chinese kale and the beef fillet with ginger, garlic, black pepper and seasoning wine.
  4. Serve immediately.


  • Cook the beef fillet as medium rare.
