Chef Anthony Dong
Since his culinary career began in
1993, Chef Dong has successfully developed his signature style of artfully presenting contemporary
Huaiyang dishes to highlight the fresh ingredients used.
Well-accomplished in the
culinary world, he also holds the title of Honorary Deputy Professor of
Food and Beverage Management at Far East University, Tainan.
In 2005, Chef Dong won a gold medal in the National Innovative
Cooking Competition for his outstanding
culinary skills and creativity.
