Using the wisdom passed down by the owner and founder, Mr. Chui Fook Tsuen, Chef Yu creates exquisite seafood delicacies by combining the freshest ingredients with homemade sauces.
Prior to his tenure of Executive Chef at Seventh Son, Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen, he was the Senior Chef at Seventh Son, Hong Kong, from 1993 to 2008.
