A must-try is the “Ningaloo Tomahawk”, a 1.8 kilogram hunk of prime rib good for 4 persons, brought table-side and expertly carved, its juicy chunks served right in front of diners by the chef. Along with an extensive selection of New and Old World wines, The MEAT also offers a wide variety premium grilled items: fresh seafood, poultry and vegetables, pork and lamb, accompanied by signature side dishes and sauces, as well as “gourmet comfort food”.
