All international travellers require visas to enter China.
China offers greater access for tourists from 59 countries to Hainan since May 1, 2018, including Russia, Britain, France, Germany, and the United States. Travellers can visit Hainan and stay there for up to 30 days on condition that they book their tour through travel agencies.
Brunei, Japan and Singapore passport holders can enjoy access to China for up to 15 days.
Standard 30-day, single-entry visas can be issued in three to five working days from Chinese embassies, and must be used within three months of the date of issue. Longer visas are often more difficult to obtain.
For further details, consult with your travel agent, China International Travel Service, China Travel Service, or any Chinese embassy or consulate.
