Shangri-La’s Sanya Resort & Spa officially launches of its Chinese Restaurant, serving authentic Huaiyang and Hainan cuisines crafted by master chefs using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Traditional recipes have been refined and elevated to reach the perfect balance of flavour and presentation.
Show-stopping signature dishes include Double-Boiled Duck Soup with Bamboo Shoots, Braised Fresh Eel and Garlic, Stewed Pork Meat Balls in Brown Sauce and Braised Shredded Chicken with Ham and Dried Bean Curd. At Chinese Restaurant, you can also savour the freshest premium ingredients prepared in indigenous Hainan style, as well as enjoy Wenchang chicken and the fresh catch of the day, such as Hele crab, Hainan lobster and mantis shrimp.
Filled with natural light and eye-catching garden views, the pastel-hued restaurant is decorated with large Chinese lanterns and an abundance of wooden products.
