Chef Samuel Han
Chef Han Zheng brings more than 23 years of culinary experience and 13 years of experience at five-star hotels to Shang Palace at Shangri-La Hotel, Ningbo. During his career, he has worked at serveral luxury hotel groups. Chef Han is especially adept at using fresh and authentic ingredients to meet the guest' s expectations. He specialises in the cuisine of Zhejiang and vegetables.
