  • Yellow Croaker
  • Lima Beans
  • Beetroot
  • Capers
  • Candy
  • Vinegar
  • Pepper and Salt
  • Butter
  • Basil Leaves


  1. Marinate the fish with some salt and pepper for 3 minutes.
  2. Warm the pan and melt the butter.
  3. Cook the yellow croaker fish for 3 minutes.
  4. Cook the lima beans in boiling water for a few minutes until soft.
  5. Fry the capers in warm oil until crispy.
  6. Slice the beetroot and cook in candy with vinegar for a few minutes.
  7. Place the yellow croaker on top of the lima beans and garnish with cooked capers and beetroots.
  8. Decorate the top with basil leaves.
