Chef Tobias Unger
Chef Unger has over 15 years of culinary experience in five-star and luxury hotels. In 2012, he became the Executive Sous Chef at the Kerry Hotel, Pudong, Shanghai and was put in charge of seven food and beverage outlets.
His time in different countries improved his cooking skills and helped them reach international standards. More importantly, working abroad taught him to respect and understand different cultures. Now, Chef Unger is eager to use the strengths of different cuisines to present guests with innovative fusions that play on traditional recipes.
