This autumn, The Lobby Lounge offers an afternoon tea with seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido to Kyushu and two guilt-free vegan parfaits.
The afternoon tea introduces seasonal food of each region in Japan. Each sweet and savory is made from seafood and mountain food from different regions. The limited special Halloween version will be served from 1 to 30 October.
The tasty vegan desserts, “Montblanc Parfait” and “Sweet Potato Parfait” made by our Executive Sous Chef Naoya Okamura are available! Our “Montblanc Parfait” consists of chestnut from Ibaraki, Japan and France with soy milk almond ice cream, vegan cookies, and chocolate granola on top. The “Sweet Potato Parfait” contains Japanese sweet potato with black sesame soy milk ice cream, all with vegan ingredients.
