Welcome to a world of flavours at Café Yun. Designed by Super Potato, Café Yun’s vibrant gourmet marketplace setting features theatre kitchens where our master chefs cook and serve up authentic dishes a la minute.

Feast on Chinese and international specialties prepared by French Executive Chef, Collet, and his team. Selections include premium seafood on ice, hand-pulled noodles, barbecued meats, Japanese sashimi, Italian wood-fired pizzas and much more. An indulgent dessert spread crafted by our talented pastry chefs features a chocolate fountain, Maison Delice ice-cream cart, a candy bar and other whimsical sweets.

Café Yun’s fun, relaxed dining ambiance is ideal for family meals, business gatherings and socializing with friends. Semi-private nooks and a private dining room, with seating for up to 24 guests, are also available.

Shang Palace

Shangri-La’s signature Chinese restaurant Shang Palace is renowned for sumptuous Cantonese cuisine, along with local Tianjin specialties. Peking Duck, slow-roasted in a custom oven with imported jujube wood, and delicate daily Dim Sum are not-to-be-missed highlights.

Shang Palace’s chic dining room is styled to evoke a classical Chinese pavilion, set in gem tones of sapphire, ruby and gold, with traditional artwork and chandeliers. 12 private dining rooms offer additional exclusivity and butler service.

Chef Oliver Lai, Executive Chinese Chef of Shangri-La Hotel, Tianjin, is responsible for the hotel’s signature Chinese restaurant, Shang Palace, and the Chinese banquet kitchen. Chef Lai hails from Hong Kong – the home of Cantonese cuisine –and has a body of culinary work spanning more than 35 years.
