Dear Guest,
As part of our continuous efforts to provide the safe facilities and services, please be informed that the outdoor swimming pool at the Health Club (Level 7) will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance on 3 December, from 6 p.m. and will resume regular operation as of 11 December 2025, from 2 p.m. onwards.
During the maintenance period, the entire outdoor area will be temporarily closed to the public. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.

Notice of Swimming Pool Temporarily Closed for Annual Maintenance

Hotel guests, including groups, are welcome to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel. Children aged 12 and above are considered adults for pricing purposes. Become a Shangri-La Member now and enjoy special dining privileges: children aged 7 to 11 (inclusive) receive 50% off the adult price when accompanied by an adult, with up to two children per room. Children under 7 dine for free under the same conditions. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
