Origin Grill & Bar is inspired by the origin of flavours, travel adventures and Singapore’s illustrious history of bountiful trade, colonial charm and tropical splendour.

Origin Grill showcases fresh, authentic flavours from curated, unique and quality-driven ingredients. Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Chef de Cuisine, Heidi Flanagan crafts courses from land and sea. Take your taste buds on an exquisite adventure!

Menu selections include line-caught sustainable seafood from marine-certified coasts in Indonesia, the Philippines and New Zealand, and a bespoke beef selection featuring grass- and grain-fed, pure-, cross- and full-blooded Angus and Wagyu beef, from Australia and Ireland, and snow-aged Wagyu beef, from Niigata, Japan.

Award-Winning Executive Set Lunch 

Set your day right with a wholesome Executive Set Lunch (choice of 3 or 4 courses). Spoil yourself with weekly menu selections for an exquisite lunch experience that features authentic flavours derived from fresh ingredients. The Executive Set Lunch starts from SGD 34++ and is available from Monday to Saturday.

Sunday Vintage Brunch 

Relish in Chef Heidi's unique rendition of breakfast and brunch classics coupled with unlimited flow of an appetizer and dessert spread, along with a la carte main courses prepared to order, all at Origin Grill. The Sunday Vintage Brunch is available every Sunday, from 12noon to 3pm.

Shang Palace


Shang Palace showcases authentic Cantonese cuisine, provincial specialities and Chinese tea culture in a setting inspired by the rich heritage of China.

The main theme for Shang Palace’s interior décor is “Dining in a Chinese Garden”. Floral motifs take centre stage on the red glass ceiling and exquisite hand-painted walls.

Embark on a gastronomical odyssey at NAMI Restaurant & Bar and enjoy panoramic city views from level 24 of the Tower Wing. 

From the kitchen comes authentic and traditional Japanese cuisine, created with refinement and precision, reminiscent of a royal feast. The menu is a celebration of the country’s four seasons, best savoured through gokan, or the use of all five senses when dining. 

Try some of NAMI’s signature dishes, which include Pan-fried Tuna Head with Chef Akiba’s Sweet Soy Sauce, Steamed NAMI Abalone in Kimo Sauce, Miso Penshell Clam with Uni and Ikura and Japanese Soya Wagyu Beef Sirloin A4 with Kyoto Vegetables and Dashi Broth. 

Highlights on the menu include exquisite dashi-focused set lunchesThe heart of the menu lies in the 8 different types of dashi prepared in-house by Chef Shigeo, who is also a Dashi Master. He continues on the tradition of the ancient art of dashi-making, using age-old complex methods that he learned from Dashi Master, Masami Honda, bringing unrivalled depths of flavour and nuances to the dishes.

The Lobby Lounge


Located in the heart of the hotel’s Tower Wing, the relaxing Lobby Lounge offers a local buffet spread with a choice of one signature heritage dish, a three-tiered local afternoon tea set, and an a la carte selection of signature local dishes. 

Live music is played daily, from 7.30pm till closing, except on Sundays.

The Rose Veranda


The Rose Veranda serves a high-tea buffet that features a selection of classic European afternoon tea highlights, complemented by signature offerings, such as sushi, sashimi, handcrafted pastries and desserts.
