Origin Grill showcases fresh, authentic flavours from curated, unique and quality-driven ingredients. Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Chef de Cuisine, Heidi Flanagan crafts courses from land and sea. Take your taste buds on an exquisite adventure!

Menu selections include line-caught sustainable seafood from marine-certified coasts in Indonesia, the Philippines and New Zealand, and a bespoke beef selection featuring grass- and grain-fed, pure-, cross- and full-blooded Angus and Wagyu beef, from Australia and Ireland, and snow-aged Wagyu beef, from Niigata, Japan.

Set your day right with a wholesome Executive Set Lunch (choice of 3 or 4 courses). Spoil yourself with weekly menu selections for an exquisite lunch experience that features authentic flavours derived from fresh ingredients. Shang Palace

Located in the heart of the hotel's Tower Wing, the relaxing Lobby Lounge offers an authentic local buffet lunch, a 3-tiered local afternoon tea and an a la carte selection of signature heritage dishes. 

Live music is played daily, from 7.30pm till closing, except on Sundays.

The Rose Veranda
