Marco De Vincentis

Chef de Cuisine, Marco De Vincentis, joined Shangri-La Al Husn Resort & Spa in November 2017 and is in charge of the culinary enhancements and menu revisions for all Al Husn affiliated restaurants. With his personal interpretation of Spanish food, he aims to enhance the restaurants’ extravagant atmosphere, raising it to greater heights. 

Chef Marco has formerly worked with several luxury hotel brands worldwide, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Grand Hotel Cervia, Relays & Chateaux Monte Carlo Beach Hotel, and Al Faisaliah Hotel alongside luxury event caterers and even a food cruise. 

With qualifications and experience in food promotion as well as restaurant repositioning, Chef Marco’s main objective is to implement locally sourced and innovatively prepared concept with a personal touch while encouraging passion and creativity in the kitchen.
