LÁNG, the hotel’s market café and wine bar is the perfect meeting place for locals and hotel guests looking for a relaxing joint to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or evening drinks. Located on the ground floor adjacent to London Bridge Station, LÁNG takes its name from the Chinese word for 'pathway' and provides a warm welcoming feel.

For breakfast or lunch guests can dine in or takeaway light bites, freshly brewed coffees and signature teas created by Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard. Enjoy home-made salads, soups and local favourites such as the famous Kappacasein Cheese Toastie; or tuck into a portion of Billingsgate fish and chips served every Friday.

LÁNG’s new One Mile Menu is served from 4pm onwards and features seasonal ingredients that are100% locally sourced.  Enjoy a glass of English wine with a Canon & Canon charcuterie board from Borough Markets or mini beef sliders with smoked Applewood and cheddar from Oshea’s butchers

GŎNG, on Level 52, derives its name from ‘dougong’, a unique structural element of interlocking wooden brackets that is used in traditional Chinese architecture, and which is also featured in the bar.
