Our all-day dining restaurant takes guests on a journey through a matrix of pavilions serving unique, handcrafted temptations. Each of these pavilions - Steam, Grill, Chill, Fry, Stew, Dessert Lab, and The Nook – offers a new culinary experience.

Indoor and outdoor seating provides unobstructed harbour views.

Children’s policy for non-room guests   

From 5 to 30 October 2020 (except on 26 October), up to 2 children under 12 years old can enjoy weekdays lunch buffet for free per each reservation, and with a minimum of 2 adults in the same booking. Daily quotas apply. Otherwise, full fare for kid (5-11 age) will be charged.

Hung Tong


With views over Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island, Hung Tong offers contemporary Chinese dining within a setting that takes guests back to the historical heritage of Hung Hom.  

The area’s history is captured in the design, with contrasting modern and traditional décor. Alcoves and booth seats create intimate spaces.

Bong-Italian Restaurant


BONG, operated and managed by Korchina F&B Holdings Ltd Management, brings guests Italian cuisine with 60-120-day dry aged premium beef with a culinary team of expert-led Korean Chefs. The beef is paired with an extensive wine list, while guests can sit back and relax to enjoy the unobstructed views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline.

Kindly note that guests of the Kerry Hotel cannot put bill to room charges.

Red Sugar houses an impressive collection of craft beers, an extensive wine selection, oak barrel-aged cocktails and innovative bar snacks.

With hints of the former Hung Hom entwined into the design and an outdoor terrace offering a 270-degree harbour view, it’s quite the place to see and be seen.

Lobby Lounge


Our Lobby Lounge is a peaceful sanctuary that looks onto a lush garden with water features. Inspired by typical Hong Kong fare, offerings include reinterpretations of nostalgic local dishes, a drinks menu with Asian-inspired cocktails, homemade soft drinks and unique local specialities such as Yuanyang and Silk Stocking Tea.

Aside from local specialities, an array of cakes and patisseries, crafted by our Pastry Chef, Jerome Husson, are available at Lobby Lounge throughout the day.
