Weekend Lobster Brunch

Complemented by bottomless Champagne and wine, Lobster Bar and Grill's sumptuous weekend brunch starts with a three-tiered platter of seafood appetisers and the restaurant's signature lobster bisque. Then, guests can enjoy an array of all-you-can-order main courses ranging from lobster eggs benedict on salmon brioche to baked seabass with funnel salsa. After an afternoon of seafood galore, be sure to make a beeline to the buffet table for a dazzling selection of desserts.

The Weekend Lobster Brunch is priced at HKD 828 per person, will be available every Saturday and Sunday. It includes bottomless Veuve Clicquot Champagne, red/white wine, beer and juice. Upgrade to Dom Perignon Vintage 2006 Champagne for HKD 1,668 per person.
