Kai Lindner
Kai Lindner grabs the bull by the horns in role as Chef de Cuisine at Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar and Raging Bull Burgers.
His fifteen year culinary journey kicked off in 2003 and brought him all over the world, spanning the restaurant, hotel and cruise industries across Europe. He recently concluded his stint with Shangri-La at the Shard in London before making his way to Manila.
When asked what he can bring to the table, he says, “The meat talks and I do the rest.”
