Chef Loic

With more than a decade of culinary experience under his belt, Chef Loic believes in making use of freshest and finest produce for his creations. His career, deeply rooted in hospitality, kicked off in 2007 in several well established hotels in the United Kingdom and France where he built his expertise and love for service as Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie. He joined the Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila family in 2016 as Sous Chef of Raging Bull Chophouse and Bar where his craft and skill contributed to the restaurant’s success.

Find him serving up fresh seafood flavours at the hotel’s latest catch, the award-winning concept Ministry of Crab from Sri Lanka.
