Executive Pastry Chef Martin Frowd has 30 years of extensive experience mainly concentrated in the pastry kitchen. Through the years, he has worked in various upscale hotels, resorts and restaurants in the United Kingdom, South Africa, the Middle East and the United States. 

He has a huge amount of knowledge on creating cakes, custards, cookies, pastries, tarts, puddings and other desserts. He puts his unique touch into each creation. At Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, Chef Martin is in charge of the overall pastry operations. Here, he continues to share his passion for savoury and sweet desserts and treats.
