Japanese Master Chef Kiyoshi Ogawa

Representing true Japanese fare

Japanese Master Chef Kiyoshi Ogawa

Japanese Master Chef Kiyoshi Ogawa’s culinary career spans 30 years, beginning in Tokyo, Japan, where he was exposed to the rudiments of the izakaya (Japanese grill) kitchen in the family restaurant.

Although Japanese Master Chef Kiyoshi earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he returned to his first love, by working in several freestanding restaurants in the Japanese capital. There, he was exposed to the spectrum of Japanese cuisine: traditional, kaiseki, sushi, robatayaki, and fusion Japanese-European.

In the course of his culinary journey, Japanese Master Chef Kiyoshi has applied his extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine in different cities and countries. He has worked in Manila, London, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Bora-Bora island, Tahiti, where he met Jean-Georges, the chef-owner behind two-star Michelin restaurants in New York and Shanghai, among other celebrities.

Japanese Master Chef Kiyoshi has prepared an extensive menu selection focusing on traditional cuisine, drawing attention to the true taste of the ingredients.
