Make a date with your well-being

Appointments
We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to guarantee availability. However, we encourage you to check with us because accommodations may be able to be made on short notice.

Check-in
We recommend that guests check in 15 minutes prior to all services.

Late Arrival
Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time to keep from delaying the next guest. The full value of your treatment will be applied accordingly.

Cancellations
To ensure that all guests begin their treatments on time and receive the full spa experience, we request that you notify us if you are unable to make your appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call at least four hours prior to the appointment. The full service charges will be applied if you fail to contact us or do not show up for your appointment.

Guest Pretreatment Form
Prior to your service, you may be required to complete a Guest Pretreatment Form to safeguard your well-being and comfort and allow us to safely deliver our services by minimising any risk of injury.

As some services may be contraindicated, we request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescribed medications. Please inform our therapists of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant.

Attire
Towels, robes, slippers, undergarments and lockers are provided for use during your spa visit. It is customary to disrobe entirely. However, this is completely your choice. Our therapists are trained to discretely drape a sheet over your body and only expose the appropriate areas during treatment.

For Your Comfort
To ensure that you receive the utmost from your spa experience, we encourage you to communicate with your therapist about the room temperature and treatment pressure.

Mobile Phones
To provide a tranquil environment, we ask that you respect other guests' rights to privacy and silence. While at the spa, please leave your mobile phone turned off or placed on silent mode.

Jewellery
Please do not bring or wear any expensive jewellery into the spa. The spa will not bear responsibility for any loss or theft. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home or in your hotel room.

Ages
Our Spa treatments are designed for guests of 18 years or older.

In the Spa
For the comfort of all of our guests, our spa is a smoke-free environment. We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after your treatment.
