Please be informed that our buggy service to Suria KLCC Shopping Mall will be suspended from 10th - 30th October 2025 ( or until further notice) following security instructions from the local authorities for the 47th ASEAN Summit 2025. 
 
For walking directions or any other assistance, please visit our Concierge at the Ground Floor. 
 
In addition, guests are advised to anticipate major road closures around the city during the Summit. We suggest allowing a bit of extra time for travel if you are heading out or heading to the airport.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The following children’s meal plan is applicable for all Shangri-La Circle members. When accompanied by a dine-in adult, up to 2 children of registered in-house hotel guests at the age of 6 and below can enjoy buffet meals at the all-day dining venues at no additional charge. Additional children at the age of 6 and below and all children who are above 6 years of age but under 12 years of age will receive a 50% discount on the adult buffet price. Registered in-house hotel guests can also join Shangri-La Circle at any time during their stay to enjoy the meal plan.
