In our commitment towards sustainable gastronomy, we are happy to share that Edsa Shangri-La uses 100% cage-free eggs, from savoury selections to decadent desserts. A safer and more sustainable option, our culinary team remains committed towards collaborating with suppliers similarly passionate towards responsible sourcing.
Green Stays
Guests are encouraged to participate in our Green Stay program where they can choose to skip daily housekeeping to help conserve resources and save the environment. To continue in providing a clean, eco-friendly, and hygienic stay, full housekeeping on selected days.The use of biodegradable materials has become part of the hotel experience with the elimination of single-use plastic and mindful replacement of alternative materials for our utensils and packaging.
만달루용 시의 바랑가이 하이웨이 힐스와 바랑가이 아디션 힐스에 자리한 우낭 학방 재단(Unang Hakbang Foundation Inc., UHF)은 혜택을 못 받고 교육을 못 받는 아이들에게 자신의 잠재력을 실현하고 다양한 인생을 살고 힘을 부여받고 힘을 부여할 수 있는 성인으로 성장할 수 있도록 도와주는 비영리 조직입니다. 이 재단은 만달루용 시, 팜팡가, 카마리네스수르 주 등 필리핀 주요 지역에서 학습 센터를 운영하면서 1,000여 명의 아동 및 청소년들에게 접근하여 이들에게 학업을 따라잡을 뿐 아니라 지역사회에 환원할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다

엣자 샹그릴라 마닐라는 현재 UHF를 도와 백신접종과 정기적인 건강 검진 같은 보건의료 프로그램, 멘토링 및 개별 지도, 기본적인 읽기/쓰기 교육 시간, 예술 및 스포츠 프로그램, 지역사회 기반의 스토리텔링, 급식 프로그램 및 기타 재미있는 활동에 참여하고 있습니다. 이 호텔은 바랑가이 아디션 힐스에 있는 다목적 센터 건설은 물론 학용품과 스포츠 장비 기증, 도서관 건립을 통해 지원을 확대해 오고 있습니다. 호텔 직원들은 개별 지도 수업, 지역사회에 기반한 독서 시간, 스포츠 활동 등에도 자원하고 있습니다. 또한 가족의 생계를 개선하고 그런 힘을 갖추도록 하기 위한 노력으로 아이들의 어머니들을 위해 각종 생활 기술 시간도 열고 있습니다.

Edsa Shangri-La, Manila continues all heart in the name of service for our guests and members of the community. For our young friends at Kythe Foundation, Inc. (KFI) the hotel continues its philanthropic work with KFI with the “Adopt-a-Patient” Program.
The hotel adopted seven (7) newly diagnosed cancer patients and another seven (7) child cancer patients under maintenance phase and will provide monthly financial support to fully cover their medical treatment ranging from laboratory fees, transportation to medical appointments, medicines, medical procedures and all other expenses needed to attend to the medical condition of our young friends and big C fighters.
