Shang Palace

Myriad flavours of Chinese cuisine

Shang Palace serves Chinese Muslim (halal) cuisine, the history of which can be traced back to the beginning of the Tang Dynasty, with the opening of the Silk Road. Chinese halal food developed rapidly and became widely accepted by non-Muslims due to its unique flavour.

Besides Chinese halal cuisine, traditional Cantonese dim sum is also offered at breakfast and lunch.
