Salvatore’s 20-year culinary career has brought him to countries as diverse as
Moscow, Cairo, Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Austria and Italy, working in various
5-star hotels. Prior to joining Peppino, he was with Shangri-La Hotel, Qing Dao,
since 2007.
Chef Salvatore is fluent in Italian, German,
English and Russian.
