Shanghai China, 28 May 2014 – Following the successful launch of the “Super” Brunch at Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai on 18 May 2014, the culinary storm will be back again to the venue with the Super Daddy Brunch on 15 June 2014, Father’s Day.
At Yi Café, kids can design a tie just for daddy, who will receive an honorary plaque from Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai to commemorate their awesomeness.
Asides from these kid and daddy interactive activities, the Super Daddy Brunch will also have all the presentations and offers of the Super Brunch. An expansion of the popular Sunday Brunch at Yi Cafe, the “Super” Brunch extends the culinary spread to exhibit the Japanese “Teppanyaki Experience” at Nadaman, a variety of Cheeses and Cold Cuts at Wines, and the freshest seafood in the land with Yi Café’s “Super” Ice Seafood Station.
Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai’s celebrity Japanese chef, together with Yi Café’s specialty chefs will form a brigade of 13, each representing their native cuisines. With 13 live cooking stations including Nadaman and Wines, spread across the hotel’s Grand Tower and River Wing on Level 2, the “Super” Brunch promises a visual feast of colours and action.
The gastronomy spread will include iconic dishes from France, China, Japan, the Middle East, India, and South East Asia. Nadaman will be dedicated to providing a specialized “Teppanyaki Experience” while Wines will offer variety of Cheeses and Cold Cuts. For kids, a dedicated Children’s Buffet with fun and games like an amazing Bouncy Castle, face painting, balloons and magician appearances will also be a part of the “Super” Brunch.
The Super Daddy Brunch is priced at RMB488 plus 15 per cent service charge per adult on Father’s Day, 15 June 2014. The Super Brunch is available every third Sunday of the month from 11.30am to 3.00pm at RMB488 plus 15 per cent service charge per adult and complimentary for children below the age of 6 years old.
