Late Night Bite at Tapas Bar
Available Sunday through Thursday, Tapas Bar offers a 30% discount on its international tapas menu after 11 pm. Served à la carte or as a tasting platter, some not-to-be missed choices include Lobster Thermidor, Grilled Spiced Lamb Chop with Madura Soy Sauce, Crispy Foie Gras with Fresh Figs, Spanish Deli Platter and Marinated Tuna with Soya Sauce and Mirin. The menu also consists of breads freshly baked in the oven, selection of ham and cheese from around the globe, all made from the freshest seasonal ingredients. T-room Private Dinner at Nadaman
For guests who are looking for some quality time with family and friends, Nadaman presents a unique culinary experience with an unlimited supply of Japanese favourites in its exclusive private Teppanyaki room, known as the T-room.
With classic Japanese culinary delights in mind, Chef Kojima has designed a special menu at HK$1,080+10% per person and for a minimum of ten guests. Guests can begin a joy-filled gathering with Seasonal Appetizer, Steamed Goose Liver Custard with Crab Meat Sauce and a Daily Sashimi Platter. The fun continues with a wide selection of “All-you-can-eat” delicacies from our designated menu including Fresh Salads, Assortment of Sashimi, Tempura, Teppanyaki (US steak, US sliced beef, chicken fillet, shrimp, scallop), Teriyaki, Inaniwa Udon Noodles, Mini Grilled Eel Rice Bowl, Sushi Items, Japanese Ice Creams, and to name a few. A unique concept, the private T-room, named after its long T-shaped table with Teppanyaki grill at one end, features a theatre of cooking with dedicated “chef in action” and seats up to 20 people. The T-room, exhibiting an elegant mix of Western and Japanese influences with wine and sake cellars, is an exciting venue to host business or social gatherings.
Celebrate the Japanese Way in a Tatami Room
Chef Kojima presents a meticulously designed celebration menu for guests to celebrate any special occasion in the privacy and comfort of a tatami room. Available at only HK$990+10% per person, the menu includes Seasonal Appetizer, Clear Soup with Mushroom and Seasonal Dumpling, Daily Selection of Sashimi, Simmered Seasonal Ingredients in Traditional Style, Assortment of Tempura, a choice of Char-grilled Australian Wagyu Sirloin Steak or Grilled Marinated Silver Cod Fillet with Japanese Saiyo Miso Paste, Steamed Rice with Seasonal Ingredients and a Fresh Fruit Platter. It also comes with a glass of Daissai sparkling sake per guest.
